ORDERS AND SHIPPING

Yes! SHINE ATHENA has engineered a zero-risk environment. All items purchased through SHINE ATHENA have a 30-day refund policy (custom not included), a manufacturer's defect warranty and we offer the SHINE ATHENA Guarantee which, in a nutshell, states you get exactly what you ordered or your money back.

We Can Deliver Worldwide
No worries here. It is very uncommon for this to happen, but if your order was somehow lost in shipping before you received it, it is fully insured by us. You are not financially responsible for this happening. We will be in touch on the process and next steps once it is determined lost prior to delivery to you.
Tracking information will be sent to the email used to place your order the night before the package ships.

PAYMENTS

RETURNS,EXCHAMGES

Any item can be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full refund. Simply contact our customer service through Live Chat or send an email to SHINEATHENA@OUTLOOK.COM.
